REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Tropics Lifestyle Store is a print-on-demand business, which means all our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size or the wrong color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free reprint or a refund, but you must contact us within five (5) days of product delivery to be considered for this action. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items, visible in one frame, will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please get in touch with our team via hello@tropicslifestyle.com to email provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
If a refund occurs, the monies will be transferred back to the original payment method (USD).
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
