Custom Products...All items are made to order, and do not exist until you ask us to make them for you! Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your order.

Shipping Times...We work with trusted partners to produce and deliver your custom order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product type, and are controlled by our vendors, not the store. On average, it takes 1 to 3 weeks after you place an order to receive it. You easily can track your order online once it's placed.

Shipping Rates...We only charge $4.99 per item shipped; a discounted rate from the actual cost. If your order is $150 or more, that triggers FREE shipping.

Refunds & Returns....Please contact us within 7 days of product delivery, with photos, if a product is damaged to be considered for a free reprint or a refund. We do not accept returns of damaged or undamaged items. See our policy for details.

For Orders Over $500...To ensure quality service and reduce fulfillment issues, all orders above $500 may be subject to manual review. This may include confirmation via email or phone before processing.
